WHY I BUILT SPONSORREACH UK

It started with
reaching out.

“I contacted companies using scraped data and found employers willing to offer jobs. I was in Pakistan at the time, so I couldn’t go. That experience showed me the value of reaching the right companies directly.”

— Founder, SponsorReach UK

A personal experience that shaped the service. Each employer and application is different.

CLEAR ANSWERS BEFORE YOU START

Your questions,
answered.

Know what your shortlist can help you do.

What is SponsorReach UK?

We help you identify UK licensed sponsor companies relevant to your professional background. You get a personal shortlist, reasons each company may fit, and available contact or application routes to research and approach them yourself.

Does a sponsor licence mean a company will sponsor me?

A licence shows that an employer is authorised to sponsor workers on the listed route. It does not confirm that they are recruiting, that a particular job qualifies, or that they will sponsor your application. Ask the employer about the role and sponsorship.

Are these current job vacancies?

Your shortlist contains companies to investigate. A current vacancy is shown separately only when it has been verified. You can also explore company careers pages and available job-board links.

Will every company have an email address and phone number?

Contact availability varies. We show the routes supported by the information available for each company: email, phone, website, careers pages, LinkedIn or job boards. A listed contact does not guarantee a reply.

Is PSW the same as the Graduate visa?

PSW is commonly used to refer to the Graduate visa. You cannot extend a Graduate visa, but you may be able to switch to a different visa, such as Skilled Worker, if you meet its requirements.

Check Graduate visa guidance
Can this help me stay in the UK or settle here?

Reaching relevant sponsors can be a practical step in your search for sponsored work. A Skilled Worker application requires an eligible job offer, a Certificate of Sponsorship and the applicable visa requirements. Settlement may be possible later if the relevant conditions are met. SponsorReach UK does not assess visa eligibility or guarantee sponsorship or settlement.

Check Skilled Worker guidance
What is free, and will I be charged?

You can preview up to three company matches when relevant results are available. Full-shortlist access is currently a demonstration: the price is illustrative, no card details are collected and no payment is taken. Sample employers are clearly labelled and cannot be contacted.

A sponsor licence does not confirm a current vacancy or willingness to sponsor your role. Use your shortlist to research companies, contact employers and check the requirements for each opportunity.
