What we collect and why

We collect your name and email to connect saved shortlists to you. Your role interests, background, skills, experience and location preferences support your sponsor company recommendations. Optional visa information is kept separately and does not affect professional matching or assess immigration eligibility.

How matching works

We compare your professional information with employer activities and functions using occupation relationships and text search, including semantic representations when available. Results identify potential employers. They do not assess a visa application or decide whether you can obtain employment.

Service providers

The service uses hosted database and authentication providers. Professional text may be sent to an embedding provider; your name, email, and visa details are excluded from that request. Employer text may be processed to extract evidence-backed descriptions. The configured provider arrangements and any applicable international-transfer safeguards must be finalised before public operation.

Retention and control

Profile and match sessions expire after 30 days by default and are deleted by the retention job. Expiry prevents further access even before deletion. You can request access, correction, deletion, or raise a concern with the operator. No marketing email is sent through this matching flow.

Processing basis

Professional profiling and saved results are used to provide the matching service you request. The operator must document the applicable lawful basis, controller details, processor agreements, and assessment of privacy risks before a public launch. This private preview is not a finalised public privacy policy.

Cookies

A necessary browser-session cookie protects your shortlist. Sign-in cookies maintain your authenticated account when email sign-in is enabled. We do not add advertising cookies.
